The VAHCC Foundation is dedicated to assisting the development of the career path of its clients, beyond helping them find the next job. We believe that focusing on the future will lead our clients to invest in the community and further strengthen the local economy while integrating into the general population. Career Opportunities To assist job seekers free of charge, the VAHCC Foundation maintains a bilingual job placement database that may be searched in English and Spanish. Businesses, corporations and other non-profit organizations are able to contact the VAHCCF seeking bilingual employees to

identify their work related skills and develop an online resume via a template. Candidates are then matched with employment opportunities according to their skills, supporting the growth of the region's workforce.
