Our program is an on-the-spot, bilingual information and referral resource available to anyone in the community. The Foundation acts as a bridge between the client and the service provider for issues such as health, education, immigration and legal assistance by referring clients within our network of over 120 non-profit organizations. The client receives guidance throughout the process and the Foundation follows up to gauge how the client has progressed. Bilingual Research Center We have created a tracking system for referrals by entering client inquiries, calls or office visits into one central database. The database is updated by staff members and the data tracks the client’s request. Based on the request, we refer the individual to the appropriate service provider.
